Start in Safe Mode and then do a system restore back to a date when it was ok. If that fixes it, immediately create a new restore point and name it Profile OK. (Just in case you get it again) This fault has been occurring for months now and usually after an MS critical update! Good backup strategy is paramount.
I'm a system admin for a University. We see this error a few times a month in various places in our labs. there's a Microsoft knowledgeable article that gives you a few ways to fix it. Give them a try, it should get you squared away. You receive The User Profile Service failed the logon error message
It seems like the user profile is not working. You can try to start computer with safe mode with command prompt (by pressing F8 while starting the computer) and then activate administrator profile (by typing : net user administrator /active:yes) in command prompt and after that you can create a new user profile.
reinstall windows. it may be a virus disabled and destroyed the profile service, so even if you were to boot into safe mode and attempt to access windows services and turn it on and start it automatically, when you rebooted to normal operation, it would still tell you it wasn't working or that it was corrupt. you can try a repair install and that could possibly get things back to normal, but not remove the virus. for that, you will need to connect the hard drive to another uninfected computer and run a full scan.
this may be a corrupted file for taht particular user thats causing the problem why cant you try opening the other user profiles or if you cant access that too then try turning on your pc and when the list of user profiles appear press ctrl+alt+delete key in and order but you should keep allthree keys down like how you would keep the shift button down while typing an upper case....now when you press all three down a small dialogue box will appear requesting username and password in the username box type administrator and click login no password required after it logs in create a new profile from the control panel but don't use this user profile again because if this gets corrupted then you would have to format your computer.....formating it will delete all the data stored on your pc.....
Can't you have to get past password to access the computer
