if you are trying to reset your nokia b2100 device just go on to your menu click on phone settings then go on to reset if you want to reset it to refresh it you click on to reset if you want to reset it so you delete everything of it click on MASTER RESET good luck... i hope this has helped you and please rate this solution...

I also experienced the same problem. After trial and error I realized that the bluetooth device needs to be reset to fix this issue.You may reset the bluetooth device by deleting the pairings from the headset or reseting the headset. Switch off the headset, and press and hold the multifunction key for over 8 seconds. Start pairing the device again. It should work fine now with default passkey 0000

You must specify what type of phone, make and model. there are some phones that just will not sync with some headsets. I have actually owned a couple of phones that would not sync with my Jabra headset.
