I want to divide my spreadsheet in 22 sections. Is there a way to split it besides inserting lines until I get to the right place?

I think it would be easier and quicker to us the tabs at the bottom.
Put each section in its own tab. Then you have 22 tabs across the bottom that you could even Name. Ellis

How do I insert a line on a spreadsheet

Usually right-clicking on the line number for the line above or below where you want to insert the line will give you the option to Insert. In Excel it inserts one line above. In google docs it gives you an option for above or below.

How to make a 5 point star

Use a compass to draw a circle the size you want your star to be.
Draw a second, smaller circle inside the first, using the same center point. Make the second circle about half the size of the first.
Draw a line from the edge of the outer circle to the center point using a ruler.
Place a protractor on the line, with the center hole of the protractor over the center point of the circle.
Measure and mark every 72 degrees around the circle (72, 144, 216, 288 and 360 degrees), dividing the circle into five even sections.
Line the ruler up with the center point of the circle and one of the marks you just made.
Draw a line from the edge of the outer circle, through the center point, ending at the edge of the inner circle.
Continue drawing lines as described until you have drawn the five lines, which evenly divide the circle.
Connect the top of one of the lines that touches the outer circle to the lines that touch the inner circle on both sides, forming a point.
Continue to connect the lines around the circle until you have made a five-point star.
  • Make the inner circle larger for a fatter star or smaller for a thinner star.
  • Draw your star on poster board and cut it out to use as a pattern for drawing more.
  • To make a six-point star, measure and mark every 60 degrees (60, 120, 180, 240, 300, and 360 degrees), dividing the circle into six even sections.
  • To make an eight-point star, measure and mark every 45 degrees (45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270, 315, and 360 degrees), dividing the circle into eight even sections.
  • Quick and easy may want to do this a few times before the final perfect one. This actually made me think. Haven't done geometry in a very long time.

I'm thinking about ordering the A&E Cage Co. Small Split Level Play Top Bird Cage. Can the divider be removed?

The great thing about this birdcage is that the divider can easily be removed. You can use it as a spacious one room cage without the divider or you can house two or more birds seperately by inserting the divider.

How do you create multiple splits/panes in an excel spreadsheet?

On the file menu, go to > Window > Split
You can only split the window once. You can drag/slide the window divider

If you want more than one pane, you can choose "new window" to open another, and another view of the same sheet. You can then use >Tools>Options to select different view options for each of these windows (i.e show grids or not).

The string on my grasshog xp gh1000 4, feeds out within 5 mins. What am I doing wrong when I add new string?

Hello, W/D here.

Read all the way through this, with the spool in your hand, before you re-wind the spools. It will make much more sense!

Pull the spool off of the trimmer.
Look on the bottom of the spool. The decimal numbers next to the notches on the edge is your line size (e g. .080). If there are 4 notches, there will be different decimal numbers, indicating that your trimmer can take different line sizes.
Also on the bottom will be arrows, indicating the direction that you will need to wind the line.
Looking at the spool, you'll notice that it is actually 2 spools, and the divider between them has a slot in it. (This will be important in a minute). The section of the spool closest to the bump head is the outer spool, and the spool closest to the machine, with the flat side, is the inner spool.
Insert the proper sized line into the hole in the inner spool core about 1/8", and wind in the direction indicated by the arrows, until the line is just about even with the divider between the two spools, then place the line in the notch that is 180 degrees (on the other side of the spool) from the slot in the divider. When the line is in the notch securely, leave about a 6" tail beyond that, and snip the line.
Wind the outer spool in the same manner, but this time, the line will go into the slot in the divider, then into the notch, and also get a 6" tail.
Feed the tails into the grommets in the trimmer head, square them up, notches to grommets, and snap the spool in.
Push the spool in like you were bumping it to the ground (this frees up the advance for the spool).
Grab the two tails, and give a tug. The line will pull out of the notches and advance about 1".
It's a good idea to clean out the hole where tha spool fits onto the trimmer from time to time, and also to put some graphite dust in the hole every 8-10 times you re-wind the spools, just to keep the mechanism working freely.

Best regards, --W/D--

Having trouble replacing trimmer line

Hello. I just answered a similar question not twenty minutes ago. Hope this helps.

Please read all the way through this before beginning to actually rewind the spools.
1. Pull the spool off of the head. Clear the dust and debris out.
2. Note that it is actually two spools that are separated by a disc, and that the disc has a slot in it. The outer spool is the spool closest to the bump head, and the inner spool is the one that fits closest to the machine and has notches in it. If you turn the spool so that the inner spool base is up, you will see that there are decimal numbers next to the notches. The decimal numbers are your line size(s). I say sizes here as some machines will accept more than one line size. You will also notice arrows on the inner spool base, telling you which direction to wind the line on to the spool(s).
3. Wind the inner spool first: Put the end of the line into the hole that is in the core of the inner spool. insert ~1/8". Wind in the direction of the arrows until you get roughly even with the divider between the inner and outer spools. You want to end up with your line 180 degrees from the slot in the divider, and snap the line into the notch that is in the inner spool base. You want about 6" of line beyond the notch. Cut the line, leaving a 6" tail.
4. Wind the outer spool: Wind the outer spool like you did the inner spool, filling the spool as before, and ending at the slot in the divider. Feed the line through the slot and snap it into the notch. Cut a 6" tail as before.
5. Reinsert the spool: Get the spool close to the machine. Insert the tails into the grommets in the head, and snap the head into place.
6. Preparing the line for use: Push the spool in as if you were bumping it against the ground to advance the line. Grab the tails and pull. This will release the line from the notches, and should release about 1" of line in doing so.
You should be good to go.
Every so often, it's a good idea to put some graphite dust into the spool just before putting the spool back onto the machine. This helps when you are advancing the line. I do this every 8 to 10 times I rewind the spools.
If this fails to correct your problem with the spool, it would be best to purchase a replacement spool.
Best regards, --W/D--

How to focus with vivitar v3800

Turn the focusing ring on whatever lens you're using. You can use either the split-prism in the center or the the microprism collar and matte screen around it. For the split-prism, turn the focus ring until the two segments of the image divided by the horizontal line in the center line up. For the microprism collar and matte screen, turn the focus ring until the image appears sharp.

If a thread of length 22units can be divided in 7

It's all due to the "base" in which you count,
and your definition of "exactly" divided,
right down to each of the 7 pieces being the *SAME* number of atomic particles, placed end-to-end.

If you used "base-seven", then 22 (base-ten) would be written as 31 (base-seven). So, 31 (base-seven) divided by 7 (base-7) would be '3.1' (3 times 1*7**0 + 1/7**1), where '3.1' (base-seven) is *NOT* an irrational number.

Then press the split button (this is located on the right hand side of the board beside the ADSR pramaters) cick this until the light signifies that the board has been split aka the light beside the button is beside the word split

then navigate on the Orange screen to this

While on this screen press the upper/lower button on the right side of the synth.

this will then change the PATCHTONE (both) to PATCHTONE (upper) or PATCHTONE (lower) depending on what part you pick

then scroll through the tones you want for each part of the keyboard e.g. Tuba Left abd Trumpet right

Now what needs to be done is pick where the keys split e.g. C2 C3 C4 C5 or andy key on the keyboard not just the C's

Now that youve finished you can save this setting for later playing. Navigate to:
