Hi,

Your dell bluetooth must be turned on before able to pairing with other compatible device. Please check bluetooth switch on your laptop keyboard ( if there is you must turn it on also). Most of bluetooth devices are compatible. So please try again your bluetooth pairing .

To activate the wifi , you must covered at active wifi area / Wlan ( hotspot), then click your internet connection on right below corner ( beside battery sign) and open network and sharing center, then activate your wifi . This wifi will not work if you are outside wifi covered area.

I keep getting the message "Bluetooth linke is busy". What does that mean?

When you get a message like that on any cellular device, smartphone or iPhone...its because your bluetooth device is experiencing errors internally, or either your bluetooth device is connected presently with another device and keep in mind that bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time; meaning that if your bluetooth device is connected presently to any other device, that connection should be terminated in order for bluetooth to be able to search and connect to a new device!

Before you take any of these steps make sure that you have your Bluetooth settings in your phone are set secure; make sure that if any device is trying to connect, would get your attention ( any connection attempted will be prompted on your phones screen) by doing so you will not have outsiders connection to your phone without your permission!

Solution = Turn off your cellular device, and turn it on again! If you're able to remove the battery and placing it again please do so but however some devices like iphones, batteries can not be accessed! ( with such devices, using the Power On/Off botton is good enough to reset the device ).
Power off your Bluetooth headset! ( Do not turn on your device yet)

make sure your bluetooth settings in your phone is not set to automatically connect to any other bluetooth enabled device!

after your phones reset, turn on the headset using the middle botton wich is the round botton, and hold until you get a solid light and make sure BLUETOOTH IS ENABLED AND DISCOVARABLE!

if that doesn't work, hollar at me!

1) From the Today screen, tap the iPAQ Wireless icon located
in the Navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

Could not found the bluetooth connection or device

Make sure you have every driver for your laptop loaded. Then let's suppose you want to connect your phone to the laptop bluetooth: Turn on the bluetooth in your mobile and make it visible to the other bluetooth device then only your handphone will detect the other bluetooth device and viceversa. Most of the recent notebooks are having bluetooth enabled but in some notebooks we need to turn on the bluetooth by using the buttons which indicated as bluetooth. Once you turn on then get into your computer running windows vista type this following command in the search box or in the run box "ncpa.cpl" it will take you to the network connection window [you can even use control panel option to reach the network options]. In that window where you find the bluetooth connection.Click the icon first and look it on the top of the window where you can see an option "Connect the the bluetooth"click it then you need to add the bluetooth device click add. It will find your hand phone then it will ask the passpharse key you can create one and then your handphone alert you to type the same key that u given in the notebook.Once it matched it will connect automatically. Later type bluetooth in the search option where you will get an option as Bluetooth(Transfer files wizard) . Click it then you receive or send the file via bluetooth between your notebook and handphone. Hope it helped.

Bluetooth not powering up

Try this ::

1. Create a link between your Motorola RAZR Phone and any Bluetooth Accessory 1.0 and up, you need to turn the Bluetooth connection "on". This is how: Go into your phone "settings". > Then select "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Set Up" > "Power" > "On". The connection will stay on until you turn it off. We recommend to turn it off when not in use to preserve battery life. 2. To connect your RAZR to another Bluetooth hands free kit or headset, go into "Settings" > "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Handsfree" > (Look for Device). You phone will scan for available devices located within the range of the RAZR, approx 30 feet away. If your cell phone is already connected to a Blue Tooth headset, you must disconnect from it to find other devices. Once you have identified your bluetooth device, highlight its name and click on the "select" button.
3. The Bluetooth device will ask permission to connect. Select "yes" and press the "select" button; after that you will be prompted to insert a PIN code to initiate a secure connection. The PIN code is sually provided by the Bluetooth device manufacturer, not the RAZR. Once the connection is made, you should see the bluetooth logo displayed on the internal screen, while the external screen Bluetooth indicator will flash.

PLEASE DONT FORGET TO RATE THIS RESOLUTION.

Pairing a Jabra 250 headset with my new motorazr2

Here is what you need to have configured on your phone for Bluetooth connections:

This is how: Go into your phone "settings". > Then select "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Set Up" > "Power" > "On". The connection will stay on until you turn it off. 3. The Bluetooth device will ask permission to connect. Select "yes" and press the "select" button; after that you will be prompted to insert a PIN code to initiate a secure connection. The PIN code is usually provided by the Bluetooth device manufacturer (in the manual), not the RAZR (unless you are connecting to another phone). Once the connection is made, you should see the bluetooth logo displayed on the internal screen, while the external screen Bluetooth indicator will flash.
