Hi, i have an old blackberry z10 and the screen is broken, i have important photos of me and my boyfriend plus my son and i need them asap. how can i transfer them to my computer?

I think you need to go to blackberry's home page and download a file transfer program that will allow you to link your BB to your computer.
Hopefully this will be a straight forward process. I'll provide a link to BB's help page -

This web site states the following procedure:

-when you get into your pictures (doesn't show anything i know) just see below the screen you have an option "up". When you touch it it takes you to your "sd card" from there u can select your pictures if you have in your camera folder. If not touch the "sd card" on the side left bottom and you get a pop up window with "device" option. Touch it and you will see different folders. Choose the folder where your picture is located. Once you locate the folder just tap the picture you want to attach.

4. Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to delete.
5. Tap the Menu icon at bottom-right, and then tap Select.
6. Select each file to be deleted.
7. Tap the Trash can icon, and then tap Delete.

1 - Switch ON your Blackberry Z10 with your current network/service provider's SIM card.
2 - Using the menu go to Settings Menu -> SIM card and press select.
3 - While holding the SHIFT key, type mepd.(NOTE: You may not see any text appear on the screen while typing mepd)
4 - You should now see the five locking categories listed.
5 - While holding the SHIFT KEY, type mep2.(NOTE: You may not see any text appear on the screen while typing mep2).
6 - Release the shift key.
7 - You will now be prompted to enter the Network MEP code. (it will also state how many attempts left)
8 - Enter the Unlock Code.
9 - Enter Return/Enter.
10 - The Blackberry Z10 should then be unlocked.

Go to a local dealer and pay to have them unlock itthey have the kknowledge and tech experience.

Hi , look at back panel there must be type of model of your phone ( something like STL 100-3 ) then go to - http://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalpha/devalpha_update.html and download executable file for your model and flash your phone . Must help you !
