30mm 3.15A/250v
Those are pretty common. I'd pull the old one just to make sure the new one looks like it and be SURE the new one is a "Type T" or Slo-Blo.
Google "30mm 3.15A 250v slo blo fuse" and you will find them at Mouser, DigiKey, even Amazon. Better still--if you have a local electronic parts store, go there.

Something is shorted on the circuit board, could be anything - switcher power transformer, rectifier diodes (or a bridge), resistors, blown, dried, leaked or shorted electrolytic capacitors in the power supply section, possibly any other shorted components in any other section.
If you're lucky, there will be visible damage to the faulty component, otherwise you will need to measure the components to find a short.
Anyway, it could be something as simple as a shorted diode or resistor in the power supply section, but i can't say anything for sure.

The problem is Klipsch's problem, and they don't seem to want to face it. My 10" subwoofer blows the fuse before the power light can even come on. It's obvious that the fuse is not strong enough, but there is a delicate area between the fuse and the power supply. Too many amps on a fuse may keep it from blowing, but it may cook the power supply. Kipsch needs to fix this, tell us how to fix it, or replace it...at their expense. This should NOT be happening. Otherwise a great speaker....when it works.

Check the circiut board for any blown capacitors. Sometimes it's that simple as replacing a capacitor. But then again, what is causing the capacitor to blow??/ Hope this helps.
