I put the security pin number in my "Straight Talk " telephone and it does not recognized it and what can I do to get the Wi-Fi to work ?
The Security pin number is on the wireless Router on the bottom of it and my Straight Talk phone keeps saying " Wrong password please try again " Our Telephone company told me to put that security pin number as a password so the Wi-Fi will work but it wont . you don't think that dropping it and it coming apart did some thing to the internals that has messed with the program or chip
take it to a phone repair shop and have the problem properly diagnosed
You will have to call straight talk. The PUK means your sim card has been locked. You can try 000000 or 111111 for PUK it will sometimes work. If not like I said call Straight Talk which is owned by Tracphone. They will help you as I have had to do it several times for customers over the years. You may have to call back more than once to get a different tech because not all of the techs for Straight Talk are well trained. Overall they have always been descent with me.
With the phone offline press MEMO. The IN USE light will flash. Enter the telephone number you want to store and press MEMO again. Then press the number key under which you want to store the telephone number. To use speed dial, press TALK, MEMO, and the number button where the telephone number is stored.
