If you have adjusted the tension on your belt to the max, it is more than likely time to replace your running belt. The running belt naturally stretches over time. I would suggest replacing the belt and flipping your deck. If the deck has already been flipped once, then you would need to replace the deck as well. Hi,
error 3 means the waking belt starts moving without any command. Make sure that you are not moving the belt manually before the treadmill stars .

try to adjust and clean speed sensor and wheel on the motor

1) Flip the treadmill on its side to expose the bottom 2) remove the two screws holding the rectangular metal wax cover 3) remove the wax cover 4) you should see a bag of wax, replace it with new 5) type in 5-1-2-5-Enter to reset the wax statistics
