ON the the control pannel it might show a symbol of a lock. You will need to hold that key or sometime Keys for 3 to 5 seconds to release the control lock.

The drain hose has to have a loop in it. In other words as the drain hose exits the dishwasher, it must go up at least 18 inches before it goes down into the drain. If not, the water will siphon out of the machine.

Great web-sitevery useful. To add, my SB907 has same problem - not heating. Found no open/short circuit in heater - found this forum - followed through with removal of circuit board and ... BINGO ! Dirty big black burn mark under relay ! Am now wondering if I can "just replace relay"... any thoughts? Thanks Rick

have an older dishwasher also and recently my wife also complained

found that if the heating element goes bad then that also can mess
things up bad... So I would buy new spray arms, and also check out
