That depends on the make and model of the camera.
SD cards max out at 2GB. If your camera can take SDHC cards as well, you can go to 32GB. If your camera also can take SDXC cards, you can potentially go to 4TB, though no one actually makes SDXC cards that big yet.

The maximum size of an SD card is 2GB, and the 9FF2 will support SD cards of that size. The 9FF2 will not support SDHC cards, which start at 4GB and go up.

The specs for your unit states that a 2 GB. SD card is included in your purchase. Also, you can buy up to a 32 GB. SD card or High Capacity SD card for it.

The e250 uses microSD cards, not microSDHC cards. The maximum size of microSD cards is 2GB. Anything larger are microSDHC cards.

i'm 99% sure 2 gig is as high as you can go.

Recommended by factory is up to 512 MB, that will work for sure.

It should support up to 2GB card, supporting cards thet have SHDC technology.

Before buying a 2 GB card, I would go to the shop and test it on the camera, so that you are sure it works.

The maximum supported size is most likely 2GB SD Card. Cards with 4GB and more are following a new (incompatible) standard called SDHC (SD High Capacity), SDHC cards work only in devices specifically supporting SDHC. The Optio S5N uses the old SD standard where 2GB are the maximum size.
