Brand new machine. WAT28370GB. 1 day old! Has worked fine for a few washes now showing E32 and not spinning. Back to shop tomorrow methinks! What might be wrong?
Your users manual lists some trouble codes. E32 is not one of them. The manual states for all other codes switch off the machine and if it returns call customer services the number is in your manual they will require your model & serial number. They prefer to do this first before dispatching service personnel to cover the warranty.
Hi. Thanks. I'd checked the manual and online and also can't find an E32 error code. We checked the filter and drained the water in case it was E23 but it was definitely 32. Sorted. Apparently due to a sensor detecting a very small but uneven load (I'd rinsed and was attempting to spin a single bath mat). Mat remover, cycle run with empty machine and (fingers crossed) all seems OK....Sorted. Whats the exact brand and model.Is it front load or top load.Is it showing any error code on display or any flashing light error code.Is it draining properly or not draining.Also is it making any kind of noise when turned towards spin mode.------------------- Keep updated with the details.Thanks.Helpmech.
I am a novice at front loaders but it sounds like it needs new suspension parts, namely springs, sounds like the machine had a hard life before you got it. since its used anyways it cant hurt to take the back off and see and study how it works and how the drums suspension works. you can try to find the springs at an appliance store. Im not sure if you can get springs directly from LG. LG's are a pretty good name brand, probably worth fixing..

E32 indicates a problem with the pressure sensor. The service manual says to check the wiring (replace if bad), replace the sensor, if problems persist, replace the main circuit board.
There's a copy of the service manual inside the machine - remove two screws in the back and take off the top. The manual includes the error codes and the steps to take.
