When I put my lock code in my phone doesnt ulock

Use the lock code instead of security code. It will ulock it. Defaults will be 1234 or 12345.

call the company for the unlock code, do not try to ulock it without it. otherwise the third time locks your sim card and you need to gegt a new sim card from a dealer store.
