I had a Facebook acct(deactived it)now I want my acct back, and when I signed in it opened up a new acct because I used my same email &iPhone number-what do I do?

your original email address is your iCloud acct email, unless you changed the acct info. if you just mistyped, then retype because you could not get into a mistyped email address and get in. or is it a locked acct your are trying to break into?

Hi Kirk, When you go to sign into facebook there's a button the that says "forgot password"m click it and do through the prompts..... CHEERS..

when logged in to facebook, select upper right triangle down, find log out, and log out.
then you can sign in again, with your other email address, you will need that. you can reset password if you need to.
you can do this to switch between the 2 accounts. if you don't want an account, log in, then
choose the padlock upper right , then More settings. on the left, choose security. In middle of screen at bottom, you should see deactivate my account. choose edit on the left.

You should be able to just have an Amazon account?
If you have to use Google play store for amazon app, that doesn't mean you have to also have a G+ account, and you definitely don't need a facebook account

If tour talking about Apple or ICloud acct. The new acct. always supersedes the old. If it was signed out. Which probably happened when you created your new one. Did you back it up on a pc, try going into the old acct. on the pc. It may still be there in a folder.

This is and ongoing problem with the new OS's. If you delete the email account and redo the email setup this usually helps. Ex. If you have a Optimum (Cablevision) email acct you need to use mail.optimum.net NOT mail.optonline.net cause Apple is not recognizing the old server names. So check with your email provider if the server names to setup have changed. I know that changing your email address can be a pain but if you go to a GMail email acct this will solve a lot of the problems that occur when using cable provider email accounts. Also there is a software that will notify all your contacts that your email has changed that you can implement if you choose.

You just need to install the facebook app and sign in with your same account information that you use on the PC.

Then sign up for a new account with a differant email and use the new name.
