hey i can fix this in 2 seconds just take the player and turn it upside down and you will see a small slider switch just put it to the other setting and your fine

hold the play button pressed for a while. before that look if your player has a tiny switch(ON/OFF) on a side .

But essentially (and generically): To turn on: Press (and maybe hold down) Power Button (sometimes play button) until turns on. Ditto to turn off. To Charge: Plug it into the Computer (Make sure the computer is on). To sync Music. Plug it into the side of the computer, open WMP. Look for device in Library. Drag songs/playlist across.
