Depends on how fast you're seeing. Cheap LED power supplies are what we call, "half wave". This means that they only work on half the AC cycle, and do blink 25 or 30 times per second (depending on where you are). If that's what you're seeing, it would be normal.
If they're blinking at some other rate, do you have them on a dimmer? Some dimmers don't get along well with LED power supplies, and blink at 1 to 10 per second.

It has an in-line manufacturer dimmer pre-installed that controls up to 5 pucks supposedly with 120 volt supply plug in ballast. But only the first puck works and blinks. The others do nothing including even lighting up at all.

Sounds like the connection to the rest of the pucks isn't correct, and/or the dimmer is bad. You may want to contact the manufacturer or the place you got it.

SOURCE: blinking power light on 19 inch tv

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

I have a 2001 Buick Century and my front left turn signal went out so it was blinking fast I replaced the bulb it still blinking fast

Did you by any chance replace the bulb with an LED equivalent? They can cause issues and all the bulbs are monitored by the BCM, plus the load on an LED bulb is very tiny to be nonexistent.

Also test that the new bulb actually works. Because bulbs use common grounds, strange things can happen if one light goes out and can affect others using the same ground.

Both signal lights blink fast

Fast blinking is an indication that one of the bulbs has burned out. The lack of resistance in the circuit causes the blinker to blink faster. Recheck your bulbs.

IF this happens after replacing standard bulbs with LED bulbs, you need to add a resistor at each socket to resolve the problem.

Installed LED turn signal lights. Turn signal now blinks too fast. Solution

Hi Dennis
the indicator blinking fast because the LED use less AMP then ordinary bulb, I know an old trick to solve this problem is to connect an extra bulb to each rear indicator by running an extra wires from the light connector to an extra bulb holder.
Good Luck

My right turn signal blinks really fast & the same running light on the front is brighter than the left turn signal

One light is brighter because the turn signal light wire is switched with the running light wire. The wires are color coded should be an easy fix. As for the fast blink, if you have put led lights on the signals you will have to also add a diodes to correct the fast blink.
