Im not able to type question mark using shift

You may have the incorrect keyboard layout selected, so let's change it.

nb. the following is a step by step for Windows Vista / 7

Changing the keyboard layout:

1. Click START and in the search box type intl.cpl and press ENTER
2. Navigate to the Keyboard and Language tab, then find and click CHANGE KEYBOARDS
3. Click add
4. Click and expand the language you use / want
5. Expand the list of keyboards, click to select the check box you want and then OK
6. Goto options and navigate to VIEW LAYOUT and this is to compare the layout with the actual keyboard you have.
7. Goto the DEFAULT INPUT LANGUAGE list, click the language you use and OK
8. Hit OK again
9. Within REGIONAL LANGUAGE OPTIONS click ok
10. Click on the language Bar and choose the language you want.
