My 2001 Nitro sat for about a year, batteries are charged but it doesn't start.

More than likely your carburetors are gummed up with old fuel that turns to varnish after sitting for a long period of time without fuel stabilizer. You can easily test this by spraying a little quick start starting fluid into the carburetors and then try to start the motor. If it cranks up, for even a few seconds, then start by rebuilding the carburetors. If this solves your problem then I would recommend changing your water pump impeller as well.

Head unit beeps in my boat.

It is a low voltage warning beep. They will beep even with the slightest voltage dip. Very annoying. You may be able to go into the set up menu and turn it off or lower the volume of the beep.
