Horizontal lines syptom is always related to its LED back-light section. Check and repair it first; if you can. Contact any service technician. In most cases, this fault might be of its display panel itself, because, most models of the Samsung TVs, the T'Con and LED drive system circuit are built in part of the display panel. If so; the repair will be almost impossible. Replacing the display panel will be the only remedy. As you know, it will be best to buy a new Tv; instead of replacing the Display Panel of any LCD TVs; as the cost of the panel + repair charge will come around 80% price of a new Tv. its a LCD connectors. re-connect it properly. some loose connection.

Will it happen in all chanels and all sources? Do you see this line when you are playing a DVD player.
If yes, you have to check the power supply and the main board as well.

causing of horizontal lines is leaky or defective capacitors. check big value capacitors around the board at Horizontal area. check the filter capacitor as well. good luck
