GE Cordless DECT 6.0 - Model 28111EEZ-A

Mine says on all handsets "New Voice Mail" but I can't not find out how to listen to it or delete it so the handsets will stop flashing and the message light on the base will also stop flashing. The instructions say you get this from your service provider but does not tell you how to do it or how to delete it.
