If you remember your deferred email account address and still log in to that email system you can contact yahoo mail directly at (800) 318-0162 and have them send you a password reset. Once you reset your password you can log in to Yahoo!Mail and close the account. They might even be able to confirm over the phone your idenity and close it directly but that is usually a long shot due to security reasons, but always worth asking about.

UBCD4Win is a bootable "live" CD which contains software that allows you to change paswords repair/restore/diagnostic almost any computer problem also has a bios reset tool which remove your password and BIOS password although you will have to use a computer with an internet connection you will have to burn it to a disk as an iso then change your firtst boot device to cd During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed the password you must go back and change the first boot device to your hard drive)

Your problem is same with mine. I did not mind to log in before it was not damaged by a virus but due to inserting flash drive and connecting other computers it was now a virus prone. All you have to do is clean it up by an antivirus software. Or try to clean it in a computer expert.

It's because due to system worms and and trojans viruses it can affect your administrator account via automatically changing your password. best advice reformat your hard drive or fully scan your system through a licensed anti virus so that it will get rid all system malfunctions and viruses.

take the hard drive out of the computer.

Connect hard drive to another computer and use antivirus to clean the hard drive.

back up any data after antivirus.

do a "Repair Installation" of Windows.

contact dell support and give them the asset tag / serial number of the laptop and they will be able to tell you a back door hard drive password which you can use to reset the hard drive password.
