Do a hard reset 1. Turn off the phone 2. Press and hold the 4 keys: 0 + 4 + arrow up + Power button until a format prompt is displayed 3. Press 1 and Y The phone restarts. This should solve the problem.

its flat of lcd is not working good and u may change ur lcd.but it may be from its IC, that time there is no way to solve. call ur cellphone when its lcd is blank if it is working change the lcd. cheers
Set is likely formatted by design for North America which is set up for NTSC transmission system and likely there it is PAL--both issues fit this. You will need a PAL (if system there) to NTSC converter box.
Chances are its not your screen. If the touch screen is not working replace your flex ribbon. Just fixed mine.. Follow link..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOH-Fl3jlj4
i opened mine up by unscrewing the whole lot, even the mainboard, and reattached the ribbon cable and the data cable, there are only 2 cables attached to it just make sure they are connected by disconnecting them them reinserting them, mine worked perfectly after doing this :) good luck
Connector problem internally- with the battery out try genrtle squeezing of the casing near bottom of the screen - this may get the connector back in
