Hi,

Assuming there isn't some other mechanical problem or the saw isn't being overloaded, most circular saws have motor brushes that can wear out after extended use. These brushes are usually replaceable. When the brushes are worn, they will not deliver sufficient power from the motor stator to the armature (the part that rotates).

Here is a link to a parts supplier. Find your model number and look for brushes.

Where do the wires connect to on a lighted rocker switch using black white and green wires? I'm using the switch to power a work lamp.

Black is your hot wire, white is your common ground, and Green is your Ground. Be careful and make sure the switch is designed for A/C power

Drill has no power

It's possible your drill needs a new battery. Even if your battery appears to be charged if it is an older one the batteries lose their power after a while and do not filly charge.

Need new brushes for a GMC saw

Never heard of a GMC saw. If that is one of those Chinese generics that Lowes sold for awhile, toss it in the recycling bin and buy a new one. I have used a Milwaukee for almost 30 years and it still runs like new.

The motor some time works and some time not working

The connectors to the motor. One might be breaking of or broke off. I just fixed mine with Q-bond. Could not solder the conector it has plastic all around it and I'm not that good at it. Q-bond has a powder that when you put the glue on the power it becomes a polymer.

Ram 1500 239 runs about 8 to 12 miles then backfires and looses power let sit a while and run good for acuople more miles before running bag again

It sounds like your ignition coil is overheating. Once it cools down it will fire properly until it gets hot again. Replace the ignition coil and you should be all set.

Drill shuts off

Yes, it's tripping on over temp. There is a thermal protection inside the motor. Try to not press so hard so the motor doesn't pull so hard. Let the drill do the work, and let it run at the set RPM. You will get more life from the battery and the drill motor.
