sounds like keyboard is defective. Ensure there is no debris between keys. Keyboards and not worth trying to repair them.

I have an hp laptop. when typing a message it gose wild mixes up letters. and worsloks This is an example. I can type resonablely fast but my computer will not allow me

Sounds like the keyboard chip on the motherboard is failing. To determine this, connect a USB external keyboard up and see if you can type as fast as you normally do and it doesn't act the same as the original keyboard. If it fixes the problem, you can either have the laptop repaired by HP or just use the external keyboard. You can do the test with an external wireless keyboard too

Keyboard typing automatically

This can be a few things.
1. Stuck keys, some keyboard can get dust, food, hair in them which cause the keys to stick. If you have a vacuum cleaner you can gently vacuum the keyboard to remove some of these obstructions.

2. bad keyboard, if after cleaning the keyboard the problem continues you may have a bad keyboard and it may need replaced.
If it is a desktop you can pick them up pretty cheap at almost any store that sells computer parts. If it is a laptop the keyboard can be replaced as well, but may need to be done by a computer repair shop or other professional.

3. virus, back in the 80s-90s viruses that allowed another person to take control over your computer where very common. Now days these types of viruses still exist but are not as common. You may need to update and run an anti-virus program or have your computer looked at by a computer repair shop. However, I would not do this until the first two solutions have been tried.

Further help can be provided if you let us know if full sentences are being typed, or just random letters.

Need keyboard for 433I computer. What is the type and where do I get one?

Any PS2 compatible keyboard will work. This is a keyboard with the round connector. A computer parts store or repair shop will be able to provide this type of keyboard. Cost will vary from $5 on up depending upon the keyboard options.
Let me know if you have any other quesitons. Thanks.

I have sony vaio EB series laptop, my problem is that when I type 1 it type 21, when 3 it type 0.3, when 1 below f1 key it type 1 and open help window. there are other similar keys behaving same way. I got...

Hello
If the new keyboard is behaving same, then try to plug in an external keyboard to see if that works okay. You can use any USB keyboard. If this keyboard works, you have a hardware problem and need repair from Sony Support.
Hope this helps, Good Luck

How to fix my keyboard: I type S and it shows SD, I type X and it shows XC... ( it prints the next key case together) only in that sector of the keyboard...

It's much more cost-effective to just replace the keyboard than to hire a technician to try to make any attempt at a repair.

The keyboard of my laptop is not working properly.. i cannot type anything using the keyboard and when i press the backspace it will just type IIIIIIIII instead... how can i fix the problem... thanks

There is not so much that could be done to repair a keyboard. Disassemble the laptop, check the ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard. If the ribbon cable is loose, tighten it. If it is tight, replace the keyboard with a new one.

Typing numbers instead of letters

Sounds like you may just have your numlock on. Just press function key plus F6 (on a macboook) and the numlock is off. If not you may have a broken keyboard. You can try to replace the keyboard yourself using an Apple Tablet Repair Guide or send it to a third party service Apple Tablet Repair.
