Cannot get it to syn and keeps telling me "Device Not Found" and doesn't give option to pair

unfortunately you can't pair an apple watch with any Bluetooth device other than your iPhone because it is an accessory and even though you can take calls and send texts with your watch it's not compatible with any device other than an iPhone but you can still take calls and texts with your watch {as long as you have a cellular apple watch}

there are many different options, you can "google" watch repair, and choose someone to send it to. any local jewelry store should be able to give it to their watchmaker for a replacement crystal.

I'm not sure why it's happening, so, the only way to give you some advice is to follow this link:

Try re-pairing the belt pod with the wrist-watch computer. Below text comes from page 37 of the T6c users manual.

If you replace the belt battery or are having troubles with the signal reception, you need to re-pair your belt with your Suunto t6c.

To re-pair the belt:
1. Remove the belt battery
2. Push the (new) battery into the compartment positive side down.
3. In your Suunto t6c, enter the settings menu and enter GENERAL.
4. Scroll to PAIR with [Lap +] and [Light -] and enter with [Mode].
5. Scroll to HR BELT with [Lap +] and [Light -].
6. Activate pairing with [Mode].
7. Put the battery in with the positive side up and close the cover.

First you have to assume the battery that comes with your HRM would be new - keep in mind that it may be stored in the warehouse for many moons.
Given that, open and take out the battery - that should make a hard reset on the HRM itself. Restore the battery and try the manual pairing again.
The heart icon should pop up again.

Otherwise, you have to suspect the battery is low and need to be replaced.

I have just posted this problem on here myself but have also just found the solution after searching the internet so here it is..........

Hold down the top left hand button which is for the light and then a menu should come up saying 'LIGHT' & the option for on or off, ignore this & press the bottom left button, the next option is for the 'CHIME' & on or off, press bottom left button again & the option for 'TIME' comes up. Use the buttons on the right to alter the time until it is correct and then press the bottom left button again for the date and select the correct month and day and year and then you are all set up! Hurray, a watch that tells the time, im chuffed!
