I am a contractor who has used this saw for about four years. I just ordered the new motor for $79. The Husky has been a great saw. Don't waste your money buying some junk for Harbor Freight.

SOURCE: husky thd750 wet saw changing blade

If this is the K750 cut off saw, then to change the blade you need to remove the 13mm fixing screw ( anti clockwise )if you cannot hold the old blade to remove the screw, insert a 6mm pin into the right hand belt cover, there is a hole to tale this, this will engage into the pulley and lock it, then remove the outer flange, the old disc will now come away, make sure the new disc has the same size centre as the old one, the size will be on the rating plate on the cutter guard.

Bearings worn out blade shakes when motor is turned on can i get replacement bearings? Were do you suggest?

You don't give a zip code to help with locating the bearings, but looking in your yellow pages or google
"bearings" and your zip code for local bearing distributors.

My Husky tile saw starts to cut straight and ends up crooked, have tried to adjust tray and still ends up crooked??????

Make sure both sides of blade are wet. Make sure blade is not worn out. Do not feed the tile excessively fast.

Next, and very important is that the blade arbor is at true to the table. If the saw is slanted in the least, the saw will track off course. I am talking VERTICAL slant.

Verify that the arbor bearings are tight and there is no "end shake"
