During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key usually delete or the F2 key to enter setup
depending on your which bios you have it will differ

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS using the arrow keys navigate to load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart

My laptob battery is plug in but it is not charging hat shold i do?

It is likely that your battery pack is bad. If you can try to use a different battery pack and see if it charges. If it does then the other pack is definitely bad and needs to be replaced.

The touch controls on the left seem to have locked up the laptop is only 3 months old

i had this in the first week of owning this laptob switch off take the battery out count to ten slowely then put the battery back in switch back on now all should be working fine hope this help
