My phone is froze on a pic on facebook.. and it wont do anything. and i cant take the battery out its one ..piece please help

Suggest trying a new browser like Firefox or Google Chrome

dont use fb app access it via the browser or intermet icon n use desktop site

Remove the back remove battery,,,,,leave out 5 min...replacwe back and batt...turn it on

Take out your battery and then put it back in. That should reset your phone.

I have this phone and im having the same problem...what works for me is to plug it into the charger and turn phone off then back on again...i have to hold down the on/off button a few times before it comes back on.....im sure once i get a new battery this wont happen....ya i can only talk on it a few min and cant sent pic messages becuz it will shut off if i do.....try replacing the battery

open phone battery compartment and take out sim card wipe with soft cloth and dry blow no moisture reload sim card and battery this should do it

I have the exact same problem please tell me how to fix this i had the phone for less than 24 hours and it wont turn back on i can see the send and end buttons light up but nothing happens ... i took the battery out of the phone cuz it froze on me and it wouldnt allow me to do anything but now after i did that it will not turn on is there any kind of way to fix this.?

It has a very low batteyr voltage therefor your computer cant charge it. Buy a wall charger but you may have to put it on disk mode.
