Did the problem go away when you changed the toner or did it appear when you changed the toner?
I don't know if the toner on this particular model has a microchip in it or not. Most of them do. If you have another cartridge to put in it you can check if the problem follows the cartridge. If it does not then on the inside of the unit there is another microchip that interacts with the one on the toner cartridge and maybe it is bad or dirty.
Did you buy the toner as a compatible or refill?

SOURCE: USED TONER CASE IS NEARLY FULL

Hello sir; There have no waste tone bottle for this machine, but waste toner all stuck in the imaging transfer belt unit, on the right hand side door,pull it out dump the toner out and vaccumn it.

FUNCTION PROBLEM SC681-19 FOR RICHO SP C830DN
This is an error code for the RFID which is the toner bottle chip on the the toner bottles. I would suggest you check the toner cartridges for any damaged or disconnected chips, have you changed to non ricoh toners as this can sometimes cause a problem. Check each bottle if you have any old empty bottles insert one of these into corresponding colour slot and you can then see which bottle is causing the error. Failing this the board will need to be changed. I have had errors on non ricoh bottles. you can also vac out the slot to clear spilt toner. hope this helps

Look at the toner hopper closely there are little springs that some times get caught "down" they line up with the contacts on the toner. -Carl

Toner empty error
In order for your printer to read the cartridge as full the chip on the toner will need to be replaced/reset. Sadly these cartridges are unable to physically check toner levels and rely upon counting pages/page coverage to estimate.

How do i change the toner colection bottle for a Ricoh aficio 350 copier?
There is no toner collection bottle for the 350, used toner is stored in the transfer belt unit. It must be pulled from the machine disassembled then empty used toner reassemble and put back in machine, a counter must also be reset, cant remember which sp code this is though.

About Nashuatec Aficio SP 3200SF question
You could try going into the sp modes and check sp 5052-1 this is for independent toner check if the toner cartridge was checked by the copier as empty and you refilled it the machines check of the chip still senses it empty by turning this off it could reset it for you .. I have had some mixed results sometimes it works only occasional failure.. Hope it helps Good Luck A
