I can't access fb app and internet on nokia 220 even update software

The update is the obvious problem here, it must not be compatible with the FB app anymore. I would contact iPad support staff and see if there is a software fix.

You need to have a google account to be able to access its playstore. As for the facebook, try to log in again. Lately they constantly ask for login to verify true acct holders.

Yes you can access FB through google

These problems can occur for any number of reasons. The most likely is that facebook is experiencing website issues and you may have to wait for them to resolve the issue. Even if you can visit the site from your home pc, your mobile will connect differently. Another issue is you may be experiencing a slow connection through your cell phone carrier. In times of low signal, you may see your internet browsing activity slow or freeze up altogether. You can move to a better reception spot or just try to refresh the page and try again. Also, if you are using a special app on your phone to access facebook. This app may be causing the problem. Try updating the app, using a different one or reinstalling. So far, no hot keys for this model,the only thing that you can do is update your phone.

But if you have an " App update " on your phone which is located at tools > utilies > app update then you can the reset or format your phone + special features added on the update.
* Be sure you have a stable internet connection thru wi-fi.
* Battery must be full charge.

first of all you have to download the software updater from the nokia webite..and once your done,connect your cellphone to the computer with a USB cable..

More than likely re-flashing your 770 with a fresh copy of it's operating system may fix your problem. This is a Cut/Paste from Nokia's site. http://europe.nokia.com/A4144790

1. Download the Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard and save it to your computer. http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/Nokia_Internet_Tablet_Software_Update_Wizard.exe
   
2. Install the Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard by running Nokia_Internet_Tablet_Software_Update_Wizard.exe. This will install the update wizard and the Nokia USB cable driver if needed.
3. To access the Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard on your computer, open the Start menu and select Programs > Nokia > Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard > Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard.
4. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the software update.

Please note, you must have a USB cable to connect your 770 to the computer and the 770 must be fully charged and connected to the charger before you begin.
