Windows loads up in a short time bios starts to beep once but continues if computer is not turned off it will shut off its self

Your motherboard is complaining. Try reseating the memory and rebooting. If that doesn't help, you should consider another motherboard. You could probably get away with just replacing the CPU, but that's not too cost-effective. Its just time to upgrade!

SOURCE: computer beeps 5 times and
5 beeps notes a memory error. Here are the possible solutions:
1.) Take the computer to a local repair shop and have the test/replace/reinstall the memory
2.) You can open the case and reseat the memory. You would want to follow proper procedures including unplugging the computer and following anti-static procedures by grounding yourself against the metal case.
3.) Reseating the memory means popping the latches loose and reconnecting (reseating) the RAM. This link has more details on the procedure.
4.) If reseating the memory does not fix the issue, you will want to replace the RAM.
