Soap dispenser is still full after 4 trys. I ran the washer with the dispenser out and it seems that the water is not coming out of the jets above the soap dispenser, only the bleach dispenser?

Did you try cleaning up the water filters where the water hoses connect to the washer in the back? I had mine clogged with sediment one time and water was not coming out properly.

Leaking washing machine

Disconnect first the mains, power plug off the wall. You could have a clog in your soap drawer; pull the dispenser drawer completely out. There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer to remove. Clean the soap drawer with an old tooth brush. The usual block could be old soap, softener, etc. (you could also be using too much soap powder). I usually use just above 125ml (my measure cup says ml, I use front loader powder for the 5.5kg load) The wash is very gud. This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing.

Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Next could be one of hoses has become loose, should be re-fixed. Examine by removing top of the front loader; this will give you a gud view of the pipes.

My toploader is smelly

Turn off inlet taps. Put a cup or 2 of bleach in a bulcket of hot water and pour it through soap dispenser, maybe with a jug. when water is seen, ie at usual water level (make sure element is covered of course); close machine and put it on boil wash. This should kill any bacteriia causing smell. There are other home made cleansers available on other sites, using vinegar, etc. Pure leach can affect rubber it's said, though I haven't found this to be so

My washer is spewing water everywhere sometime during its cycle. The floor is soaked! It seems to be coming from the soap dispenser area. I cleaned the dispenser really well but still water everywhere.

Hi,
The only way to determine where the problem lies is to take off as many covers as possible then run your usual wash cycle. The problem could be a leaking or blocked pipe or a rubber seal that leaks etc etc. Have somebody in the know open up your machine to determine where the leak comes from.
Best wishes,
