It should change by Time Zones and then Auto Update (Mode 321). It looks like your model was updated to the 321.. Perhaps you need a Firmware update, but my feeling is that it is a 21 year old television and it can't cope after Y2K and Time Server issues?

VIZIO. USER MANUAL. Model: E320-B0 ... And congratulations on your new VIZIO HDTV. ... it is left unattended or unused for long periods of time, unplug.
It does seem to be a difficult manual to find in just a few minutes but I did find this link to a fully "HOW TO" instructional blog for your Timex Expedition watch....
You should not be able to unscrew the crown from the stem by turning in either direction. So don't worry about that.
If your watch only has a date then you can "quick" change it by pulling the crown out to the first click and turning the crown. One direction will change the date. If your watch has both day and date then one direction will change the day and the other will change the date.
You will have to go forward counting the date upwards. You won't be able to make it go backward.
Once you have the date set push the crown back in and if it screws down be sure to screw it down so it is sealed.
Hold your "SET" key for few seconds, and then "ALARM" to increase the count. Use "MODE" key for switching a digit place again use "ALARM" key for increase a count and at the end press "SET" key.
Try this ,it may work for you as i m having mf13-t1
Press MODE then then SET Press ALARM to increase the count and to
change time t1 or t2. Press MODE to switch the digit place finally
press SET and then MODE
Note: Check for bell and sound
symbols,if they are not there Press MODE then then SET again press
SET Press ALARM for once or twice depending on symbols.
Try this: pull out the winding crown to the first click and change the
date. Memorize which way the crown turns to do that. Now turn the crown
in opposite direction and the day should adjust. This solution wrks for most of the makes. If this doesb't work - submit the make, model and all the writings on watch caseback.
