Question about Audio Players & Recorders
It was working fine until someone else used it - now it skates and sounds horrible. Technics sl-dd33 turntable
Technics website may have one. The counter weight has a setscrew on it. Loosen it ans move the weight slightly forward until the needle just rests completely in the groove and stays there. Too much will cause excessive wear to the needle and the record.
