Hi I have no lights on my Neff s51m53xogb dishwasher. I have checked power supply at the plug and to the machine and all are ok. Please help???

Check - Bosch Siemens Neff Presostat , this part tell your machine when to stop filling/empty with watter

the only thing i can say is that you should ring up the company and tell them what is happening and ask them can they tell you what to do

could be your mains surpressor or main board on the appliance. check for continuity from the plug to the board if you have it then it is not the surpressor it will be the board. if it is the board you need to find what part has caused the board to blow

It sounds as though the Anti-flood device has kicked in,could be due to a leak under the dishwasher,it will need to be pulled out and investigated.
I would also check that there is water at the hose to the machine.

this looks like a power supply problem if you are sure you are getting power right up to appliance it can only be a electronic failure pcb open circuit etc anything else and the lights would still illuminate.

What your saying is suggesting a water supply issue. The Model number you've given can not be found on the Neff website.

You will need to disconnect power, turn the water supply off (under sink or behind dishwasher), disconnect the water line, put the end of the hose in a bucket or cup, turn water back on slowly and make sure water flows. Turn back off. If water flows -

Then check that there is not a restriction in the water solenoid valve. If you know how to use a multimeter, check the water valve solenoid for continuity.

Plug the unit back in, and initiate a wash cycle, and watch for voltage applied to the water solenoid valve. If you get voltage, you should hear the valve open.
Power the unit off, connect the water line, and repower the unit. Check again if water does or doesnt flow.

check socket is ok - plug in something with a light into the same socket as an easy way of checking. otherwise go to where mains terminates on the appliance and check power is actually present - you will need a multi-meter

Hi there.

Check salt and rinse-aid levels first. Often there is an indicator if either of these falls below a level.

When was the last time you filled them?

Top up rinse aid to mark, and add at least 1kg of salt.
Run M/c on a quick cycle and see if it's back to normal.
