These are the steps from the official YouTube/Google+ Website:

1. Sign in to Google+ on your computer.
2. In the left nav bar, click Profile.
3. Under your profile picture, click About.
4. Click Edit in the Basic Information section.
5. Verify your date of birth and update if necessary.
6. Click Save.

Log onto your FB account.
1.Below your name click on > Edit Profile
2. Click on > Contact and Basic Info
3. On BASIC INFORMATION , hover mouse over >Birth Date or >Birth Year.
When your mouse is over the word you can click on edit.
4. Change information

Log into your hotmail, click on your name in the top right of the screen, click 'edit profile' then click messenger profile

click edit above the date of birth that is displayed

You must have to signup for youtube account to verify you age

You can't actually delete your birthday, but you can hide it.

Go to your profile page, at the top click on "Edit Profile".

There's a dropdown menu next to your birth date where you can choose "dont show my birthday in my profile"

Then click on "Basic Info" on the left hand side bar. There you can change your "Date of Birth.", in this manner you will be able to change your age.
