Error code 358 mean?

From HP: "The remote user pressed the Stop key, causing the session to be terminated." Meaning the problem is at the location of the fax you are sending TO. Call them, and ask them to confirm that their fax device is ready and able to receive.

These errors mean that the communications have failed, and can mean that the receiver at the other end has terminated the call prematurely.
If the problem occurs with the same destination, then the receiver fax may be the problem.
If the error persists try disabling ECM

A 52 error is used to denote incorrect scanner speed.
That is the laser beam scanner motor.

Installed all new HP ink cartridges, receive error Oxc19ac3ff. Now will not print.

Hi

This error means ink system failed. To troubleshoot this issue you'll need to remove the ink cartridges and would need to turn off your printer, unplug it and swap its USB port with other device and then insert the cartridges and switch on the printer. This will reset the internal error code.

Please do accept this solution and revert for further assistance.

We have an HP L7780 and have problems rec. faxes - error 232

Hate to say it, but it means "Don't buy HP printers". You'll be a whole lot happier with Canon or Epson. I had no end of trouble with more than HP all-in-one. They just get flaky after awhile, and the software (particularly scanning) is terrible.

Error code #20 means that the printer has received maore data from the computer than fits in availiable memory.to avoid this in the future you need to upgrade your memory.

what type of fax is it? HP, Canon, brother etc?

HP error code 252 means.. . 252 Telephone line conditions were too poor to receive a fax.

*Reattempt the fax reception at a later time when line conditions may have improved.

*Configure the machine to start reception at a lower speed. *If the local machine received several pages of a larger document successfully, ask the remote user to transmit the document in several smaller parts.

Laser scanner start up error.. First of all need to find out which scanner faulty out of two..
Go to menu scroll to diagnosys, scroll to component test, scroll to scanner test....
If the cyan or black component tests showed a startup failure,
reconnect the connectors (J503) on the laser PCA and (J106) and J111) on DC controller PCA... replace the scanner
If the yellow or magenta component tests showed a startup failure, reconnect the connectors (J501) on the laser PCA and (J106)..Replace scanner..
Before starting better to download service manual to better understand the replacement..
