If this is indeed a bios password and not a hard drive password, then removing the CMOS battery for around 30 seconds should wipe the BIOS and BIOS password, This isn't easy though, you'll need to take the laptop apart to remove the battery.

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten your email password and even the secret questions, we cannot do anything about it. You just have to create a new email account. I understand your situation but there is no way to get it.
