How do I get google to come up first when I turn on this pc

All questions need 'make model (what is is)' or all items in the question, so DVD Player and the PC Computer plus the Windows Operating System being used.

what I do is remove every thing in my PC that has the word google name parts in it, for sure the startup folders in windows
is it windows, no PC stated, nor OS .

To turn off SafeSearch in Google, go to http://www.google.com/preferences
There, uncheck the box beside "Filter explicit results". Then, click Save button at the bottom of the page.

Such problem occurs due to windows and browsers compatability. Also try to update browsers and drivers that control your PC.

If problem is not solved then restore your PC to an earlier stage.
Also try to use Intel software Partner Reginout for complete PC optimization.

No, the pc will turn on for shure. But some services are very importan and you should check them in google before disabling them because you could lose functionality on you computer, for example you could be left without internet or audio.
To be shure just put the name of the service on google, there are a lot of web pages that will tell you what the service does and if is safe to turn it of.
