You model appears to be difficult to find. The Elite is 24.1. I also read it is based on the 3rd and 4th digit on the model number, which would mean yours is 17 cu. ft. You can always do a rough measurement, depth x width x height in feet and rough tenths of a foot.

that middle peice should be hot to the touch
this is the mullion heater or yoda loop in the old days
this is what controls moisture from entering the unit
when you open the dooor
mine has been running for 7 years no worries

check for bad relay

Perhaps the solution to to change out the ice maker unit
