Four blinks - No vertical Deflection (V STOP), Screen goes to a single horizontal line then the video signal muted. Check IC1509, Q1505

The system has found issues with your TV.. The only solution is to call in service. Tell them the 6 blinks.. it is a code for diagnostics. Sorry.. the logic portion of the TV is experiencing some kind of breakdown. The only suggestion that I can offer is to hard reset your TV to factory settings.. other than that you are in duck soup..

if you have the circuit diagram of your tv,check the horizontal polarisation IC closer to the line transformer and replace it.If it doesn't work,send the question again.

Ur high voltage transformer it dead.The big block of plastic with the red wire with a cap hook to the CRT(ur tv tube).It call the FBT,
the Flyback Transformer that thing it dead.

Unfortunately, what you're describing is a repair issue. You won't be able to address the problem with troubleshooting. There is a part inside the TV that needs to be replaced. If you're under warranty, this will cost you nothing. If you're not under warranty the cost will likely be a minimum of $200 parts and labor. However, be warned that the cost could be considerably higher.

i would say this is a internal problem how long have you had it?

7 blinks indicates problem of Horizontal deflection failure. Possible cause can be Horizontal Out Transistor and / or Fly-back Transformer shortage.
If you have TV repair experience and electronics knowledge background, let me know to guide you more OR take TV to local TV repair shop for proper fix.
 

That is an error code that tells the tech where the problem lies. It is probably somewhere in the power supply stage. Your best bet is to take it to a TV repair shoppe and let them deal with it. They have all the documentation in order to repair the unit, and they can tell you what the problem is before they work on it.
