LED Blink Patterns on the Control Board Treadmill
However you must be sure the control board is o.k, since the main motor can NOT be repair only Replace.
Test the voltage DC at terminal at Motor 0Vdc-120Vdc max speed.

please LUBE the deck belt+rollers bearing. see the video attached. If the problem persist TIME to replace the old deck belt board. This happen because the lack of maintenance schedule in LUBE. God bless you
note:forget it the LEDS troubleshooting, you must see the functions ONLY when there are electronic problem with the electronic board+sensor
Sounds like a lower motor controller, that would be the first part I'd replace. Be aware that treadmills have a high power draw and if you are also running other power suckers on the same circuit, the low voltage tends to short out the console or the control board. The control board is easy to get to, and cheaper to replace than a console, but not cheap. You can also call the 800 number on the front of your owner's manual and they may help you diagnose it.
Dear Sir:1) Lube the deck belt, maybe you have a deck belt worn, and need replace.2) Test the input voltage for main motor, if there are the motor need repair or replace.3) Test the output voltage from main board for input voltage motor, if there are NOT, the board is faulty.4) See the drive belt and replace it.See my personal tips for HELPsincerely. lube the deck belt, you have deck worn, proceed in according with the instruction manual maintenance. 2) check the drive belt and replace it if necessary and tight 3) tes the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair or replace 4) test the output voltage from main board, for input voltage for the main motor, if there are NOT, the board is faulty. Try if you can RUN the software calibration for diagnose and troubleshooting. sincerely. God bless you.
WITH A MULTI-METER CHECK CONTINUITY OF THE MOTOR OR IF YOU HAVE A NEW 9V BATTERY HANDY THAT WILL TURN THE MOTOR HOWEVER SLOWLY, THE MOTOR IS GOOD. NEXT YOU NEED TO DETERMINE IF THE MOTOR CONTROL BOARD IS GOOD IF ALL LEDS ARE LIT THEIR ONE THAT IS PWM LED THE FLICKERS FASTER EVERY TIME YOU INCREASE SPEED AND VISA VERSA. THE UPPER CONSOLE IS SEND A SIGNAL COMMAND TO HE LOWER BOARD. IF THAT PWM IS FLICKERING AND WE HAVE ELIMINATE THE MOTOR THEN MCB IS DEFECTIVE. LAST BUT NOT LEAST TWO OTHER THING WE CAN TRY EITHER A BAD RIBBON OR UPPER CONSOLE!!
If the colse buttons make a chirping noise when you push them the console should be Ok. If there is no chirping noise with the push it is a bad console. If everything but the speed works it will probably be your motor controller that is bad.
