Your sound device is defective, front channel is inoperative. Should be checked by a radio-technician
Testimonial: "Can be any radio technician or need to be only the dealer Ship of Hyundai . Some told me , take it only to the dealership :( . Do you have any idea if is expensive fix it ?"
If your car is still on warraty - some brands have a 2 year warranty, or it's leased and have some contractual term, you only should take it to an authorized service. Else neither you have any obligation with Hyundai dealer nor they with you and can seek your own cmmpetent radio-technician.
People like to use repair service of dealeship even after warranty has expired because they are supposed to have a better knowledge of car's technology. Actually according to my experience this is not true but it's just my personal opinion.
I don't believe that the original Hyundai radio has special features which only should be repaired by an authorized Hyundai technician, but should it have, a serious specialist would tell you.
Of course, this is just my opinion. You should consult someone else too.
