if still not running with new battery, using a voltmeter you need to trace the voltage from the battery to the motor and all devices in between till you locate the culprit. Could be a bad connection, ignition switch, fuse, speed control rheostat, etc.

Make sure the battery is properly charged. A discharged battery will light up the lights but do nothing for the motor.

Those blinking lights should be explained in the owners manual and if the door is locked with a solenoid, pulling power should unlock.

Problem starting

If the check engine light does NOT come on when cranking, at the times when it won't start, and the relays are clicking and buzzing, then your ECU is in need of repair. The engine will only start after the check engine light comes on and the ecu is what controls that. ECU is likely going bad, causing the delayed start problem typical of early 90's jeeps. Reasonably priced repair or replacement services for your jeep ECU are available on ebay.

How many steps does it take to reach a point 20 paces away if you take 2 steps forward and one step back

3 steps to move 1 pace away. 3 multiply by 18
then another 2 paces forward reaches goal =56 paces
Presumably if the question was how many paces till you come to rest at 20 paces , then it would have been 20 x 3
