Need to check the two things.
1st -- need to exchange T-con Board.
2nd -- need to exchange the cables between T-con & LCD panel or
between T-con & Main(LVDS cable)

I have the same problem on my set. I had a repair technician out today and they wanted to replace the circuit board that the buffers are connected to and the adjacent board that drives the buffers. If you remove the back panel the buffers that are in line with the distorted areas on the screen are running super hot. Estimated price with labor was $700.

I've watch your problem on youtube , that problem can be from main board. But to make sure main board problem, you should check without inputs first. Unplug all input (HDMI, Component, AV in, PC).
Than turn on your tv again. If that conditions still appear, i suggest you to call samsung technician to repair it.

You have problem with the screen board this is located on the top and corner of your screen. The slight solution to do this is try resetting the connector on the main board and the screen board and the screen. it might works or not. Or re-soldered the part on the screen. If the symptoms look for service personnel to do it for you.
