As this is a brand new chainsaw, DO NOT start taking it apart and tinkering with it, for the simple reason that it is covered by the Husqvarna warranty and you should be able to have it either repaired or replaced without cost to you!
Here's the web link for Husqvarna customer support. You can also contact the place you purchased it from, as they should be an authorized dealer in order to sell the Husqvarna chainsaw products.

IF, you bought this from a friend, etc., it would still be covered if it's new and unused when you purchased it.
That is the best recommendation you can get for resolving your issue and to keep your warranty valid.
Since without more detailed information, (gas is flowing into carb, spark plug getting spark, good compression, plug not fouled, on/off switch not malfunctioning, kick back/chain bfreak working, etc., etc.), no one can possibly provide an answer to resolve the issue.
Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!
