Hi, If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing then check out the last two tips.
Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...
Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...

There are many posibilities from the descritpions you gave us so we start with most frequent in order to identify the spcific problem.
The first thing you need to do is to try hear the sound of the compressor since when the temperatures are highers than it sould compresor should run continuasly.
2. Pull the fridge out of place and check if the condenser coil at parts diagram no 3 and all the machine area are full of dust and dirty then using a brush and a vacuum clean it completly. this will give extra power and compressor releaf.
3. Check the condenser fan motor no24 and 2 if they are rotate if not then you need to remove motor no 24 clean it rotate with hands if it stif use a lile lubricant spay on shaft and try again. if it can rotate freely with hands then you need to replace the motor.
4. Now touch the compresorr and condenser coil if the compressor is working normal and the system is not having a gas freon leak then both of them should be hot about 140-150f you can only touch for a second if you can touch for more than a second then either compressor is not working or you have gas leak.
5. If all above are working normal then the you should turn the thermostat knob no 10 to this diagram turn it to maximum and minimum and try to hear any stoping of the compressor if you do see or hear any different then you need a new therostat.
Finally there is a small chance that the temperatures to go high due to a problem to the defrost period which mean that either the defrost thermostat is bad or the defrost timer but if the change of temperature is not only during defrost then this not your case.
So Try hhe five tests and let us know the results.
Also the best way to check the consistent of the freezer temperature is to use a bowl of ice cream since if it melt and freeze again you can understand if from the look of the ice cream.
