The light bulb assembly (bulb and socket are all one piece) is part number WB36X951.
It is located on the air duct assembly where the door switches are mounted.
You can see an exploded view diagram here.
You'll need to remove the outer cover (wrapper) to get to the bulb assembly.
Always unplug a
microwave before removing or installing any bulbs.
See these links before proceeding:

The
screws you need to remove should be pretty obvious, but a special
driver (such as a T20H type or GTXH20-100) may be needed.
Be sure to put all the
screws back in the right holes, since some may be special grounding
screws.
If you're not able to find the bulb assembly at your local appliance parts store, you can order one here.

Remove the top grill by removing two screws in the top. Pull the top of the grill out towards you as the bottom has pegs on it. About 6 inches from the left is metal cover that you just squeeze with your finger tips to remove. This exposes the bulb.

Hello, This is a repeat of a previous post I made some time ago. It is for your make/model, if it is built in....
Mine is installed also, and I've had to replace the bulb twice. I wised up the second time and installed an access hole where I can pull my microwave out about 6" and access the bulb. I use a 35 watt 120v halogen bulb, with a GY 8.6 base, Lowe's part number 15797. If your's is different, the specs will be stamped on the metal beside the reflector when you remove the sheetmetal. You have to remove the microwave completely from the cabinet and remove the sheetmetal case that surrounds the entire unit. You can then access the lamp socket by looking in from the top. The first time, I took out the reflector with the socket. The bulb can be replaced by removing the two small screws adjacent to the socket on top of the reflector. My access port is a hole cut into the top. I cover the hole with a piece of sheetmetal and two sheetmetal screws. Seems to work just fine. If you do decide to cut a hole, do so with the metal enclosure off and away from the microwave to avoid getting any metal shavings into the machine!
If, however, yours is an over the stove type, it may be possible to remove the front grille and replace the lamp.

The
first thing I would suggest is a hard
reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work,
leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes and try it again.
If it's still not working, it may have a failed keypad or a problem with the controller.
The full service / installation manual is here.
