The URC-4081 and the URC-4080 use the same codes. The only Symphonic code is 0171 . I found the manual here: http://www.rockabilly.net/files/manuals/URC-4080.pdf . However, since the manual is dated July 2000, Symphonic TVs that were released after January 2000 may not respond to the remote properly with this code. This is a common problem with universal remotes. The codes are only guaranteed to work with devices that were released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed.

SEARCHING FOR YOUR CODE
If your device does not respond to the remote control after trying all codes
listed for your brand, or if your brand is not listed at all, try searching for
your code.
NOTE: Before performing a code search for a DVD player or a VCR, turn on the device and
insert the required media.
For example, to search for a code for your TV:
1. On the remote control, press TV once.
2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice,
then release SET.
3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.
4. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate
between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off
(after pressing POWER). If the device does not have a Power
key, you can substitute another function, such as digits 0 ~ 9 ,
CH, or PLAY).
NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from
its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code
first.
5. To lock in the code, press and release SET.The LED will
blink twice.
6. To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps
1 through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for
the device you are searching for.

just right click and save as on the download links.
if this does not work you can try the search method,
you do
this by either holding down the device button eg: TV or if you have one
the "magic" button for three seconds, a light should then flash twice
to say you have done this correctly.
then press the keys 991 then the power button.
you must now press the channel up key (ch+) possibly upto 150 times while the remote cycles through every code.
Once your tv or device switches off stop pressing the ch+ key and press the power button to make sure it switches back on,
(if you press ch+ too many times you can go back by pressing ch-)
When complete press the magic or device key again to save the settings (light should flash twice to confirm)
