How i install bizhub 363....?

Turn On main switch
Execute [Service Mode]---->[Imaging Process Adjustment]---->[TCR Sensor Adjustment]===>[Black]--->[Start]. Wait till it's stop [Exit]. Note : F8 is TCR Sensor Adjustment for Bizhub 363. Function : to set toner control / performs every time you replaced developer/developing unit.

Requires having developer, drum, and cleaning blade already purchased. You will be taking the current cartridge apart and replacing the wore out parts then conducting required test, but before that it will require a drum dry procedure and counters to be cleared.

Clean the paper feed rollers and verify the actuators and sensors in the paper way.

Toner bottle failure to turn. Shut off the machine remove the toner bottle, turn on the machine with the bottle inside it, wait for the machine go thru its paces when it ask for the toner install in correctly if the knub on the bottle is damage get a new one . if this does not work get a tech to look at it either the motor is bad or worse the control board is bad$$$

remove the toner bottle let machine thur its paces when it says install toner bottle install correctly

There is another solution but its more costly.All you have to do is to replace the parameter board of bizhub 362 with the board of 363 along with RAMs.
