My wife's Nokia e63 will not ring only vibrates

Ok we can work out this problem easily coz it is a common problem.Just change the ringer (speaker) there are two speakers.if you have the tools.if not go to mobile repairing shop..the one which is located in front just above the lcd(display) plays the sound that we hear lower only with contacting ear.And the other one the Ringer this speaker is generally located in the backside in nokia.it produce large sound that we can play songs/ringer ....

Hello

Have you tried changing the profile? Are you sure it is not set to silent mode? Can you still accept messages and calls even if it is not ringing?

it has a water damage??? if yes, dessasembly your phone ad re-hot it with a hot station, if you don't have it use your iron... post result

Nokia e63 vibrate not working
You can buy replacement vibrate motors for the Nokia E63 on Ebay for a few pounds. You can put it into the phone if you know how to do it or take it to a phone shop who can, eg carphone warehouse.

I purchased a new Nokia E63 phone. Whenever calls come, it rings but it don't vibrate. As Vibration is on. Please tell me what should I do...?
Possibly check to see if airplane mode is on. Also try turning the volume up all the way, I know some phones have an issue where turning the volume down all the way turns off vibrate. Hope this helps alittle

not sure what the problem is but you could try a hard reset
  • Hard Reset:
  • Turn off your phone.
  • Press and hold the following keys:
    • Volume Down key
    • Camera Key
    • Menu Key


Press on power button until the phone vibrates.

go to profiles then select the profile u want to activate then go to its customize menu and incoming call alert type and select it ringing
